The old water mill of sew it was converted into a place of gastronomy on December 5, 1983. From this day, the restaurant the mill ceased to grow.

In 1986, the small room on the first floor we have moved to a larger room on the ground floor who in 1990 was to extend to a lounge and a bar.

But it’s not over, since January 1995, the show went over the wall, and Yes, indeed, this mill is resourceful and now you can take coffee and its sweets in front of a warm fireplace, where you can then enjoy on our terrace, warm evenings of summer ahead of the sun setting

You can even stay bed since April 1995: the mill HOTEL has opened its doors and is a pleasure to receive you in its rooms, in a quiet green area and a beautiful landscape.

If the mill is full of resources, our region is also. The kitchen Chef, Jean-Pierre VAURY who was born here, in this mill, knows very well this beautiful region. At your request, it will advise you on the miles and things to see, food and wines to be enjoyed so that your stay with us is the best of your memories.

In 2005, the Hotel expands with the construction of 7 additional rooms comfort, family and mini suite. We now have 14 rooms. The breakfast room is reviewed by Alexandra and awaits you for a buffet at dawn.

A major modernization project was born late 2011 / early 2012 with the expansion of the Restaurant with a capacity of 130 seats, a new decor in the reception with lounge area, accessibility compliance throughout the hotel…
